Food Grade High Temperature Chain Oils
NSF REGISTERED / MEETS USDA 1998 H1 GUIDELINES
T-FG 46 HT
(NSF H1)
450°F/232°C
T-FG 46 HT Chain Oil is a light duty, fully synthetic, non-toxic, high temperature chain oil. This oil is suitable for use on both oven chain systems and power transmission chains in areas where there is a potential of contact with the finished product.
T-FG 46 HT is formulated with extra anti-wear and EP additive packages to insure maximum metal-to-metal separation. The light viscosity, ISO 46 rating of this oil, contributes to its excellent penetrating properties for proper chain lubrication; pins, bushings, slides, and more.
- Anti-Wear Fortified
- 100% Synthetic
- Low Volatility
T-FG 220 HT
(NSF H1)
450°F/232°C
T-FG 220 HT Chain Oil is a heavy duty, fully synthetic, non-toxic, high temperature chain oil. It is formulated with extra adhesive powers to assure the proper spreading and plating action on all chain parts.
T-FG 220HT uses food grade approved, synthetic fluids and additives to provide extended protection for both oven and power transmission chains in areas where there is a risk of product contamination.
- Reduced volatility
- Higher oven chain speeds
T-3800 HT
(NSF H2)
525°F/274°C
The T-3800 Chain Oils exhibit excellent anti-wear characteristics and power savings through friction reduction. Ashless, smokeless products with no carbon, varnish or gummy residues at higher and continuous temperatures.
T-3800 HTT with micron particles of PTFE in colloidal suspension
- Low volatility
- Extended lube cycles
- Self-cleaning
T-38150 HT, T-38220 HT, T-38320 HT
(NSF H2)
525°F/274°C
All the same advantages of T-3800 HT, with heavier viscosity base fluids for added load carrying protection and higher chain speeds.
Also available with TEF-PTFE and G-Graphite packages. (Specify HTT & HTG)
