Open Gear Greases
NSF REGISTERED / MEETS USDA 1998 H1 GUIDELINES
T-FGG-OG
T-FGG-OG is a tacky, adhesive grease designed for difficult-to-lube, "out-of-bearing" applications. This self-carrying, migratory lubricant will travel through the complete gear system where metal surfaces are sliding, rolling or rubbing.
- Maximum anti-wear
- "Easy-to-use" caulking cartridges
- Anti-fling film
T-FGG-OG1
T-FGG-OG1 is formulated for light duty, "out-of-bearing" applications. This open gear compound provides a light, protective lubricating film with excellent spreading properties.
- Low temperature
- Rust and Corrosion Protection
- Eliminates “slip-stick" motion
PAR FOR TRIBOLOGY
At the plant of one of the top manufacturers of plate glass, TRI 333 has been adopted as the only open gear lubricant. Maintenance personnel have given this product their highest approval rating because of its cleanliness, ease of application, and the non-fling lubricating film.
Tri-333 has extenede lube cycles and has eliminated, year-to-date, all gear replacement and associated downtime!

NSF REGISTERED / MEETS USDA 1998 H1 GUIDELINES
TTL-FGO synthetic families of food grade, non-toxic lubricating oils are formulated from the highest quality, food grade synthetic fluids and the latest food grade additive packages. Because of the tenacious lubricating film of these food grade gear oils, they are excellent lubricants for applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries where “polar plating” properties are desirable - chains, slides, ways, guides, and more. TTL-FGO synthetics have the overwhelming advantage of the inherent oxidation stability, naturally high viscosity indexes and the advance lubricating properties of approved PAO and Polyglycol synthetic fluids, plus unique, innovative and additive packages.
