ROLLER CHAIN OILS


	Lubricating and Penetrating Tribology Tech-Lube's powerful penetrating chain oils have been developed for applications where the lubricant must be self-carrying to reach the innermost areas of equipment such as roller chains, hinges, casters, rollers, bolt and screw assemblies, bushings, cables, etc. TRICO Oils are easily applied by brush, drip or automatic lubricators. These non-oily, non-greasy formulations eliminate dust, lint and particulate contamination build up and minimize wear, noise and untimely equipment failure. They also protect equipment by displacing water, retarding rust and corrosion, and aiding in the disassembly of rusted parts.

Synthetic Roller Chain Oils fortified with a highly concentrated package of submicron sized molybdenum disulfide. Maximum and rapid penetration into pins, rollers and bushings, reducing wear and chain stretch.

SynTef RC
A premium synthetic lube containing high grade, synthetic base stocks with micron sized Teflon particles, and fortified with the TRILINIUM™ package.

The special synthetic carrier penetrates to all internal parts.
It then evaporates leaving a dry, clean, "paraffin-like" lubricating film.

TRICO 101
This formula, similar to TRICO 100, uses a concentrated package of Teflon^® for maximum cleanliness. It leaves a clear, dry film of protective lubrication that does not drip, run or stain. (Formerly TTL-RC 1 )

Excellent for applications where the dark gray moly chain oils are not acceptable. Teflon additive reduces friction and power consumption.

Typical Properties are noted without penetrant (except Pour Point).
NOTE: TRICO 100, 101, 200, 300 and SynTef should not be applied to hot chains above 150°F/65°C.

The penetrant is designed to evaporate after application.
After evaporation, oils can be used at elevated temperatures, not to exceed 235°F/113°C
