International Appointment
Tribology TechLube ( TTL) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Lee S. Day, International Sales Manager, to the International Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC #11), Small & Minority Businesses, located in Wahington, DC.

The sixteen ITAC committee, with over 350 members, are an important link between all aspects of industry and the United States Government. Jointly administered by the Department of Commerce and the United States Trade Representative (USTR), the ITAC’s provide a special public-private forum to ensure industry has a voice in formulating the trade policies of the United States.

Each committee is consulted by a Designated Federal Officer who reports directly to the Secretary of Commerce and the United States Trade Representatives USTR. Membership on the ITAC committee requires a full security clearance that permits access to all forms of trade documents.

Mr. Day ha a mechanical engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and has over 40 years of experience in the “science of tribology.” Lee started his career in the field of lubrication as the Sales Manager of Darmex, and has spent the last 20 years as the International Sales and Special Projects Manager for TTL. Lee has done extensive worldwide travel in cultivating distributorships in 14 countries for the exclusive representation of TTL’s products and services. Mr. Day is currently in negotiations with three new countries for exclusive distribution of Tribology Tech Lube’s Synthetic & Specialty Lubricants.
